A One-Way Ticket and a Dream
Our story began with a leap of faith. Living in Florida, founders Matt Baldwin and Jessi Rogers packed up a couple of backpacks and flew one-way to Vermont to buy an old 1983 International Harvester bus. It wasn’t just a purchase—it was the start of a new way of life. From there, they transformed the bus into a tiny home on wheels, ready to hit the road and chase their dream of creating something meaningful.
While camping and hiking through the Appalachian Mountains, they knew this was where they belonged. The mountains became their inspiration, their backyard, and the heart of Gypsy Footwear. Now, they’re selling everything, starting their brand, and heading out to live and work full-time from their bus, with their beloved huskies, Bella and Gypsy, always by their side.
