At Gypsy Footwear, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality products designed for comfort, durability, and style. While we strive for perfection, slight variations in handmade products are part of their unique charm.
Footwear Warranty
We will replace any footwear showing manufacturing defects, non-normal wear, or items that were incorrectly manufactured within 1 calendar year of purchase. Footwear must have been used in a manner we deem reasonable. A digital or paper receipt is required for all warranty claims.
The “Don’t Embarrass Your Mom” Sock Warranty
We offer a no-questions-asked replacement warranty for any socks that develop holes due to natural wear and tear within 1 year of purchase. Simply return the socks to us, and we will provide a replacement in the form of a gift card or coupon code. A digital or paper receipt is required for this warranty.
Warranty Conditions
All warranty decisions will be determined solely by Gypsy Footwear LLC. Retailers, resellers, or any other agents selling or distributing Gypsy Footwear LLC products do not have the authority to offer warranty replacements. Gypsy Footwear LLC will not compensate or reimburse for any replacements provided without direct authorization from us.
How to File a Warranty Claim
We’ve made filing a claim as simple and stress-free as possible:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@gypsyfootwear.com to start your claim. Please DO NOT DM us; we cannot start a claim via social media. Include your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
- Send It Back: Ship the product to us for evaluation. (Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.)
- Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and determine if it qualifies for repair or replacement. If it does, we’ll promptly take care of it and have you back on your feet in no time
The Golden Rule: Don’t Be a Karen
Here’s the deal: We’re nice people who genuinely care about your experience. If you’re nice too, we promise to stand behind our product, ensure you’re happy, and keep you coming back for more. Let’s keep things simple, friendly, and fair—because nobody likes a Karen.

Gypsy Footwear wants all of our supporters and customers to enjoy our products, and we will stand behind them in every reasonable way possible. We also expect our customers to be reasonable and to work within the reasonable boundaries of our policies. We understand that warranty claims can sometimes fall into "grey" areas, and we will bend over backward to help reasonable customers. However, if a customer chooses to be dishonest or unreasonable, we will cease to work with that individual.
