At Gypsy Footwear, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality sandals designed for comfort, durability, and timeless style. Every pair is made with care and attention to detail, but as with all handmade products, slight variations are part of the charm.

What We Warrant
We warrant our sandals to be free of manufacturer defects and workmanship errors. However, because we work with genuine leather, slight pigment variations and changes in tone are completely normal—and part of what makes your sandals uniquely yours.

All Gypsy Footwear sandals come with a 90-day warranty covering “normal” wear and tear. We know “normal” can be a bit of a grey area, and we’re reasonable people. If you’re reasonable too, we’ll bend over backward to make it right.

The Golden Rule: Don’t Be a Karen
Here’s the deal: We’re nice people who genuinely care about your experience. If you’re nice too, we promise to stand behind our product, ensure you’re happy, and keep you coming back for more. Let’s keep things simple, friendly, and fair—because nobody likes a Karen.

How to File a Warranty Claim
Our warranty claim process is easy and hassle-free:

  • Send the sandals to us for inspection.
  • Once we receive them, we’ll evaluate the issue.
  • Based on our findings, we’ll repair or replace your sandals at our discretion—quickly and correctly.
